S&P 500 Bulls Eye Breakout ā€“ Hereā€™s What Could Confirm the Next Leg Higher

The could not clear the narrow ā€˜bull flagā€™ it looks to be shaping ā€“ as long as the 20-day MA remains as support.

A worrying expansion in the ā€˜sellā€™ trigger for On-Balance-Volume indicates a shift toward distribution that price action has yet to confirm. The MACD is on a ā€˜sellā€™ signal, but this signal has occurred well above the bullish zero line, so itā€™s not a strong signal.

ADX and Stochastics are firmly bullish, so broader momentum still lies in the bullsā€™ favor. However, I would like to see a solid white candlestick today, because this apathy will only lead to downside.SPX-Daily Chart

If Harris wins, then can we expect a ā€œsell offā€? Or will see a general sell-the-news in markets on election results.
