Starfield: Shattered Space – Save 30% On The DLC And Get Bonus In-Game Content

Bethesda’s first new intellectual property in years, Starfield, is seeing its universe expand with Shattered Space. The DLC launched today, September 30, and adds a new planet and story campaign to the game. Instead of paying $30 for Shattered Space directly on Steam, you can save nearly 30% on your Steam key by opting for the Premium Edition Upgrade at Fanatical, which includes the expansion and several pieces of bonus content.

Shattered Space builds on Starfield with a whole new story, centering on a new, hidden planet, the homeworld of House Va’ruun. According to the official description, “Players must unravel the mysteries surrounding the elusive followers of the Great Serpent and help them restore their fractured society as it faces the brink of collapse. Alongside the new, handcrafted location to explore, there are also new enemies to fight with a new slate of weapons, as well as other gear like new spacesuits to wear to find.

Fanatical is technically selling Shattered Space for 15% off, dropping the price of the expansion from $30 to $25.49. However, there’s an even cheaper way to get Shattered Space, plus a bunch of other goodies, for the next couple of days. Fanatical has Starfield’s Premium Edition Upgrade on sale for only $21.69, down from $35. The Premium Edition Upgrade comes with Shattered Space and extra in-game content.

Along with the Shattered Space expansion, you’ll get a digital art book and soundtrack, 1,000 Creation Credits (when linked to Bethesda account), and the Constellation Skin Pack, which includes the Equinox laser rifle, space suit, helmet, and boost pack.

It’s worth noting, however, that you need to own Starfield on Steam to redeem the Premium Edition Upgrade or Shattered Space expansion. You can nab Starfield from Fanatical, but there’s no discount here–you’ll be paying the full list price of $70. However, you can still grab the Premium Upgrade Edition at its reduced price, bringing the total up to $91.69, instead of the $100 it’ll cost if you opt for the Starfield Premium Edition.

If you’re looking to take advantage of Fanatical’s Premium Upgrade deal, just make sure you do so quickly. Fanatical is only offering the discounted price until 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET on Wednesday, October 2. However, there’s no timer on the Shattered Space DLC discount.
