Telethon 2024: Stunning Upper Swan Telethon home sells for epic $1.175 million

This year’s spectacular Swan Valley Telethon Home has fetched $1.175 million.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was built by Blueprint Homes and donated by Satterley in Upper Swan.

It was listed at $950,000 and tipped to sell for more than $1 million, but exceeded expectations with the buyer, who wished to remain anonymous, settling for $1.175m.

Every cent of the proceeds goes to Telethon to help support sick, disadvantaged and vulnerable kids across WA.

In a video message on Sunday, Satterley chief executive Nigel Satterley, who has supported Telethon for 51 years, said the home was “just amazing”.

It is the first time Blueprint Homes have been a part of building the Telethon Home, which they built in a record five months.

Blueprint Homes general manager Craig Park said being involved had been a great experience.

“The kind of energy that comes with the Telethon home and the magic of Telethon, it’s really given us some great results and we are really proud,” he said.

It was the first Telethon Home built in the Swan Valley region, offering the charm of rural living while still being just 35km from Perth’s CBD.

The home features high ceilings, four spacious, fully-furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dream kitchen which opens on to superb outdoor living spaces.
