The Bridge House: North Fremantle restaurant set to open doors end of October

A home has been converted into a meticulously designed modern restaurant soon to open in a bustling Perth suburb.

The Bridge House on one Harvest Road, North Fremantle will boast a menu of modern Australian cuisine with a European flair curated by an experienced head chef.

Trent Dawson has come across to WA from refined Bommie Restaurant and Hamilton Island Yacht Club off the coast of Queensland.

The restaurant’s sample menu ranges from an $8 olive starter to a $55 60-day aged Dandaragan T-bone steak with truffle fries.

Perth-based businessman George Grundy is reportedly steering the ship of the new business, according to So Perth.

“The food is, of course, by far the most important, and in Trent Dawson, I believe we have someone who can consistently produce delicious, perfectly cooked dishes,” Mr Grundy told the publication.

“But what I think The Bridge House will consistently deliver is a friendly, relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, the kind of restaurant that you’d dream about having at the end of your street.”

The restaurant has not yet officially announced its highly anticipated opening date although bookings on its website are open from October 30.

The Bridge House’s Instagram has been teasing its unique design details and urges foodies to sign up on their website to stay in the know.
