These are the best employers in the Milwaukee area, according to Forbes

Advocate Aurora Health is rated the best Milwaukee-area employer to work for, according to Forbes’ 2024 best employers ranking.

Advocate Aurora Health ranked 11th out of the 75 Wisconsin companies on the Forbes list.

The rankings, conducted with the market research firm Statista, compiled the list of 1,294 organizations after surveying more than 160,000 employees working for U.S. companies. Only companies with at least 500 employees were eligible for the list, and the survey data collected over three years was then put into a scoring system. Greater weight was given to the more recent data and the responses from current employees in the state.
