Three adults who died in west Columbus after suspected drug overdoses identified

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Three people believed to have died from drug overdoses Wednesday night in west Columbus have been identified.

According to the Franklin County Coroner’s Office, Kaitlyn Christian, 22, George Bennett, 24, and Phillip Stump, 24, were all pronounced dead by Columbus Division of Fire medics on Nov. 6 at 6:24 p.m.

The three adults were found at 6:17 p.m. in a home near the 100 block of South Warren Ave., just south of West Broad Street, in the central Hilltop neighborhood.

Police said all three appeared to have died from drug overdoses, though it remains unknown what drugs were found at the scene or how long the victims had been deceased.
