Unlike Valorant, Marvel Rivals’ Easy Learning Curve Lets You Dominate With Powerful Heroes
Marvel Rivals was released on December 5, 2024. There were some concerns regarding the game as it belongs to the multiplayer shooter genre which is now hugely overcrowded. This was the same reason why Concord and XDefiant failed, but the NetEase hero shooter has turned the table over everyone’s head.
The game has become massively popular with over 35 Marvel characters and exciting team-based tactical gameplay. However, there are some reasons for this. The most viable reason has to be the availability of diverse characters according to every player’s needs and playstyle. There are even some characters that don’t even need good aim to control, unlike Valorant.
If you have bad aim, then you can try out these four characters in Marvel Rivals
From ability spammers to headshot hunters, Marvel Rivals characters accommodate all playstyles. Some, such as Hawkeye and Black Widow, require quick reflexes and precise accuracy to succeed. Stable aim is necessary for Iron Man and Spider-Manas well, to control intricate movements like flying and swinging.
Others, like Black Panther’s tactical marking or Loki’s deft deception, need less aim but perform better in combat or strategic games. For players who would want to quit and aspire to the pros, the community has now crowned four champions.

Players have declared Squirrel Girl, Moon Knight, Cloak & Dagger, and Scarlet Witch to be the ideal heroes for “bad-aim” gamers in a Reddit thread. Do not mistake these heroes for simple options, even though they may not favor pixel-perfect shots.
Squirrel Girl loves chaos, scattering acorns and squirrels all over the place, but she’s doomed if you can’t control her swarms. Moon Knight requires precise placement; if you make a mistake, you will be crushed. In order to drive foes away, Cloak & Dagger strikes a balance between healing, inflicting damage, and strategically placing ults.
In contrast, Scarlet Witch is a complete disruption, harassing healers until she finally unleashes havoc that spans the entire map. And nobody can interrupt her in the middle of her “PUUURE CHAOS” scream.
You can’t afford to have a bad aim in Valorant
The scenario is completely different in Valorant. Because of those four characters, you can get away without having a crisp aim. But in the case of Valorant, if you don’t have the ability to put the crosshair on your opponent’s head, then you will become an easy pick every round.
Actually, Marvel Rivals is a third-person shooter, and Valorant is first-person, so obviously the latter will be a more aim-dependent game. Also, most of the abilities in Valorant require perfect aim to work as well. Yes, there are mollies of different agents that can kill players too, but that’s a small fraction of the whole aim-dependent gameplay.
Many people who don’t have a good aim prefer not to use Duelist agents, but that can never be the solution to that problem. No matter which character you are using and whatever your play style is, to a certain extent, you have to get frags. And for that, you need to have a good aim.
Actually, people have been putting so much effort into the game since its launch in 2020. If you have watched some clips of the Valorant clips from the pros, you might wonder where that flick came from. But that kind of skill is not restricted to pros only, and that is how high the game has taken itself in terms of standards and required skillsets for the players.
