US firm sets record with plasma fusion temperature of 392 million degrees F for 24 hrs

A Washington-based firm has reportedly set a world record in nuclear fusion research during third party, peer-reviewed experiments with radioactive wastewater. Quantum Kinetics Corporation (QKC) claimed that it successfully triggered plasma fusion temperatures of 392 million degrees Fahrenheit (18 keV X-rays) for 24 hours.

The previous record was achieved in April 2024 by the Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Reactor (KSTAR). The Korean reactor had achieved 105 million degrees Celsius for 48 seconds.

Using its patented modular reactor, the QKC surpassed KSTAR’s mark by an order of magnitude greater than a fraction of a minute.

Momentous demonstration

The company claimed that the momentous demonstration takes QKC to the top of the S-curve in fusion research and establishes the path forward for safe and clean nuclear power globally.

“This is truly extraordinary. In addition to thorium, lead, and tungsten forming from the process, we see other elements forming like boron, potassium, magnesium, gallium, and silicon. I’ve never seen anything like this before,” said QKC’s newly elected vice president, Randal Bird, a retired business manager who was present as an observer of the recent experiments at the national laboratory.

QKC has potential to transform the industry

During the process, the company also claimed that it cracked Uranium 234/235/238. QKC has now called the process “Safe Nuclear Systems.”

It’s also being claimed that QKC can transform the industry by treating stored nuclear wastewater at legacy and operational nuclear power plants.

“I see there are many applications for this invention. This technology will link up well to other systems and provide a strong impetus for solving some of the world’s greatest challenges,” said founder Riley Lee, a retired Attorney/CPA.

Mind-blowing temperatures possible when any water source is present

Mind-blowing temperatures are possible when any water source is present, QKC claimed. The company is turning its focus on becoming the leader in the fields of applied quantum physics and commercial fusion deployment. QKC’s plan is to continue the ‘Safe Nuclear’ innovation and establish at scale frameworks for a radically new clean energy methodology, said the company in a press release.

QKC’s reactor behaved similarly to a stabilizing cosmological star cooling down by ~187% while still maintaining temperatures of 392 million degrees Fahrenheit, according to the company.

During the one minute into the experiment, plasma fusion temperatures while processing radioactive wastewater showed over >208 million degree Celsius. The temperature reached over >220 million degrees Celsius temperatures during the second minute of the experiment.

QKC’s CEO unveiled Electro-Physical Transmutation (E-PT) technology for used nuclear fuel (UNF) Remediation solutions. The new platform technology is capable of vectoring nuclear fusion plasma temperatures from 11.6 million to 200 million degrees Celsius with economical inputs, according to Quantum Kinetics Corporation.

The company maintains that Electro-Physical Transmutation (E-PT) is electrical stimulation of synthetic Aurora Borealis type events. This synthetic version of this dynamic quantum process is patented and trademarked by Quantum Kinetics Corporation.

“We can now control and vector Nature’s atomic cleaning process effectively for a wide array of industry applications. The process yields several forms of energy including the emissions of 0.7KeV – 30KeV X-ray photons,” said the company.
