Where to Buy Weapons and Ammo on Va’ruun’kai in Shattered Space

If you didn’t heed the pre-launch advice about starting Shattered Space, specifically stocking up on health kits and ammunition, then you’re in luck. Despite the calamity, Dazra does have various vendors that, while verbally hostile towards you, will still sell you goods and items. You namely require weapons and ammo to deal with wildlife and anomalies, so here’s where to buy both on Va’ruun’kai!

Where to Find the Weapons Trader in Shattered Space

The best spot to buy weapons and ammunition in Shattered Space is visiting the Goods Exchange near the city center’s circle. There, you’ll meet Makola Jubav. He doesn’t trust outsiders, but he likes your credits all the same. He’ll sell you various weapons and ammunition, with a rather large selection of the latter. As for weapons, expect plenty of Va’ruun weaponry.

You’ll wander directly past the Goods Exchange on your way to speak to Ekris for The Promised, Broken, which is part of the main quest in Shattered Space. Alternatively, it’s beside the squabbling siblings for the side quest, The Duel. You may need to head to the back of the store to find Makola, as he enjoys hiding in the back storeroom.

What Goods Exchange Sells on Va’ruun’kai

So long as you have the credits, Makola will sell you a wide variety of goods, including:

• Weapons
• Ammo
• Spacesuits
• Jump Packs
• Helmets
• Misc

If you can spare the credits and don’t have the Starborn spacesuit, Makola sells the Mercenary Spacesuit for approximately 21,000 credits. It offers 112 Physical Resistance, 144 Energy Resistance, and 128 EM Resistance, making it a late-game, powerful armor set you’ll want to equip before delving deeper into the expansion!
