Xbox Reportedly Going All In With New Console Release and Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty as a Day One Drop

This insider said that the company is aiming to release this hardware in 2026, with a possible Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 on Day One. With this business move, Microsoft is trying to replicate the Xbox 360 by releasing the console before the PlayStation in the next generation.

After Microsoft decided to close four studios, rumors about the different changes in the company kept appearing, foreshadowing a very weird strategy for the future. Things like releasing exclusives on other platforms or adding big franchises to Game Pass and then making the service more expensive are also resonating. There is no certainty about what Microsoft will do next to improve sales.
