If you enjoyed the first game despite its flaws, challenging combat, and sometimes tedious quests, the sequel will have you thrilled—at least for the first few hours, as you experience the “old” mechanics in a “new” form.

By the way, if you haven’t played the first game, you probably won’t appreciate the sequel as much. You’ll need to experience KCD for yourself and suffer just like the “pioneers” did—because, at its heart, this is still Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
