Appeals court again blocks Texas immigration law just hours after Supreme Court allowed it

Just hours after the Supreme Court gave temporary permission for SB4 to go into effect — a controversial Texas law that would allow the state to arrest migrants — a federal appeals court Tuesday night issued a ruling that again put the law on hold.
