Builders warn state is failing to nail housing targets
NSW is in serious danger of missing its nationally agreed housing targets, with a peak construction body finding the state is going backwards on a pledge to build more homes.
Committed to building 377,000 new homes across the next five years, NSW is only on track to produce 303,280 dwellings by July 2029, according to Master Builders Australia.
