Cable Beach turtle season vehicle ramp closure extended to February
The Shire of Broome has made its final decision to extend the Cable Beach vehicle ramp closure from December through to the end of February each year in an effort to protect turtle hatchlings.
The extended closure was adopted by the council at the August meeting before being advertised for public feedback over the past 28 days.
