Busselton and Augusta Margaret River have been revealed as two of the least affordable local government areas in regional Western Australia to buy a home in.
The data comes from the Regional Australia Institute’s Good Life Guide which compiles the median house price, income and other factors like proximity to the ocean or national parks.
