A Chinese trade delegation’s visit to the Great Southern this week marked the first inbound trade mission to Western Australia since tariffs were lifted and a “big milestone” for local wineries.
A group of 11 wine importers and distributors from Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Shenzhen visited local wineries in Denmark and Frankland River in a trade mission representing the re-entry of Chinese interest in Australian wines.
