The Coffin Cheaters are laying the groundwork to reignite Bindoon Rock — the music festival which made the outlaw motorcycle gang an underworld financial powerhouse.
WA Police have made no objections to the Coffin Cheaters inking a multi-year deal with the Shire of Chittering for multiple burnout events at their spiritual home 100km north of Perth. And now, the local shire wants the annual festival back, which ran from 1986 to 1995.
