Concorde jet taken across Hudson River back to museum

A British Airways Concorde jet was transported across the Hudson River and back to the Intrepid Museum in New York after undergoing a seven-month restoration. The aircraft, which was retired in 2003, was known for it’s supersonic speed of flying from New York to London in less than three hours.

Although retired, few of the jets can be seen at museums.
