Cop charged over outback home invasion on elderly man
A police officer will face court over his alleged role in the theft of $100,000 cash from an elderly man during a home invasion in the outback town of Lightning Ridge.
The senior constable, 36, is one of two men charged over the break and enter on the 78-year-old’s residence in NSW’s northwest on October 3.
