The third set of plans for changing the design of a proposed marina-front tavern and changing commercial offices to a dental practice on a prime sliver of Albany real estate is up for public comment.

Put forward by Acquavista Holdings, the two-tenant waterfront precinct is earmarked for 261/ Lot 5 Princess Drive on the empty plot between the Hilton Garden Inn Albany and the Boatshed Markets.
