Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake goes gold

Square Enix revealed that its upcoming remake of the widely popular JRPG, Dragon Quest 3 — Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake — has gone gold. The game releases in two months.

It was revealed on Twitter alongside a picture of Dragon Quest creator Yuji Horii and the remake’s producer, Masaaki Hayasaka.

Now, it’s important to note that while the game has “gone gold,” this doesn’t mean the teams at Team Asano and Artdink are no longer working on improving the game. The two studios are likely working on final touches in the optimization department to ensure things go smoothly.

Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake launches on November 14 on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
