Geraldton-born Michelle De Robillard launches children’s book series empowering kids with disability

A Geraldton-born woman has published her debut children’s book as part of a planned series to boost representation of children with disability, after discovering less than 4 per cent of books feature disabled main characters.

The 29-year-old was born and raised in Geraldton and completed Year 12 at Nagle Catholic College before moving to the metropolitan area to begin her university degree in physiotherapy.
