Government announces new primary school to open in East Perth in 2029
A new inner city primary school will open in 2029 after the State Government vowed to push ahead with the project, despite a standoff with the City of Perth over the site.
But the move has been slammed by the council, with Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas accusing the Government of “effectively stealing the land”.
