How to Get More Recipes in Chef RPG

You’re a chef, Harry! But really, once you step off the train in White Ash Harbor, you step into the shoes of a renowned chef about to run a failing restaurant in a seaside town. It’s a lot to put on anyone’s shoulders, especially considering you don’t have much in the way of a recipe book. Thankfully, we’ll teach you how to get more recipes in Chef RPG!

Where to Get New Recipes in Chef RPG

First and foremost, you’ll receive three unique recipes of varying kinds, depending on your chosen specialty, upon starting the game and creating a character. These include:

• Rotisseur: +3 Meat Recipes
• Poissonier: +3 Seafood Recipes
• Entremetier: +3 Vegetable Recipes
• Patissier: +3 Desserts Recipes
• Mixologist: +3 Beverage Recipes
• Saucier: +3 Soup Recipes

After that, you must explore the world, interact with NPCs, and complete quests to unlock additional recipes in Chef RPG. Here are a few key ways to bolster your cookbook:

• There is a slim, random chance that a vendor will sell you a recipe at their shop each day.
• If you visit the library, you can find recipes within the various tomes. There’s a skill, Bookworm (third tier), that unlocks the ability to uncover unique recipes when reading library books!
• Complete quests for the various characters, such as Hasel, or do jobs from the bulletin board. They often reward recipes!

How Many Recipes Are There in Chef RPG?

Honestly? We’re not entirely sure yet! I’m still working my way through the game at a steady pace, but if my guess is correct, there are approximately 336 recipes available in the game. That’s not a concrete, official number, though. It’s based on the recipe book, which features a grid of 14 x 6 squares for a total of 84 recipes under each category, of which there are four, so 336 recipes in total.

I could be wrong, and I’ll update this guide when I know the exact number of recipes in the game!
