An aged care worker employed under the National Disability Insurance Scheme has been jailed for two years for indecently assaulting a vulnerable elderly resident.
James Ng’Ang’A Irungu, 27, was charged with three counts of indecently dealing with an incapable person on March 23 this year, the day after he committed the crimes against the 83-year-old man in Claremont.
