Lotter money forked out for $25 million Mosman Park mansion, which has become WA’s third most expensive home.

The third most expensive home in WA’s history has settled, with accountant Geoff Lotter forking out $25 million for a Mosman Park mansion.

The property, sold by investment banker Clayton Freind and wife Annelise, was initially slated to earn $40m, which would have made it WA’s second most costly home. But a $15m discount pushed it to third place.
