Love Democracy? Helldivers 2 is Letting Players Vote to Eliminate the Most Annoying Mechanic for Good

Helldivers 2 has seen massive improvements in the recent past, after the developers implemented the changes suggested by its player base. The game successfully managed to implement a lot of buffs and bug fixes that have annoyed players for a long time now.

However, one controversial feature of the game is yet to be addressed. You can vote now to remove it or let it stay, and there is a high chance that your opinion will be heard and acted upon.

Helldivers 2 has managed to secure steady ground after implementing many changes suggested by its players, but not everything has been set right. There is still one more annoying feature that seems to have been causing a lot of irritation among the players.

The next major update will see buffs for the jumps pack and purifier. However, the one thing fans want most from the next update is a fix for ragdolling, which is the most annoying feature, and you can also vote to get it completely removed or to get it fixed somehow.

A poll is currently active on the official Discord channel of Helldivers, facilitated by the community manager, Twinbeard, who has started a poll asking players how they feel about ragdolling in the game. These are the following options that are available for you to choose from.

• It’s great. Don’t change a thing
• It’s ok
• It’s a bit too much at times
• It’s fine when playing bugs but not great playing bots
• It’s fine when playing bugs but awful playing bots
• Would be fine if less for Striders, Hulks & Fortresses
• I hate it. Remove it entirely

There is still one day left for players to vote. More than 27,000 votes have already been registered, with most people (37%) opting for the option ‘it’s a bit too much sometimes’. Only 3% of voters have chosen to remove it entirely. You can also cast your vote for the option that you deem best for you.

Ragdolling Might Get Tweaked With Future Updates

However, nothing has been officially shared by the developer; it can be speculated that ragdolling will be tweaked in some way or another since most people do not want the feature to be completely eradicated from the game.
