Dash-cam footage has captured the moment a man pulled a machete from a pram before waving it at a driver in Perth’s southern suburbs.
The footage — which was posted to a community Facebook page on Tuesday — shows a group of people walking through a pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Pinjarra and Mandurah Roads, in Mandurah, before a male pedestrian pulls a large knife from the back of a pram.
