More rough sleepers hit the streets, despite State Government’s aspirational target to end the practice by 2025, according to ShelterWA

The State Government is set to fail in its target of ending rough sleeping by 2025, with numbers nearly tripling in the four years since it set the goal, according to ShelterWA.

The peak body claims there are 943 rough sleepers on the By Name list, which tracks those living on the streets in key locations across the State, up from 345 four years ago.
