A crash involving a bus has badly held-up traffic on Kwinana Freeway, with traffic banked up for several kilometres.
The crash involving a Transperth bus and two cars has reduced traffic to a single lane southbound near Canning Highway in Como.
Department of Fire and Emergency Services and ambulance crews are onsite. Paramedics have reportedly assessed a number of people but no one has needed medical treatment.
Main Roads has warned that traffic is heavy on approach.
