Sparking Zero Pays Homage to the Greatest Fight of the Entire Series in a Super Unique Way
Mr. Satan might not be able to leverage his ki (no matter how weak it might be) to fly or execute an energy attack, but he can at least enter this new type of struggle against fighters in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero.
Clashes, or struggles, are a common sight, whether it’s the original anime or its video game adaptations. And this new sight is just a sight to behold, especially for the fans of the Budokai Tenkaichi series. Fans are simply fascinated by it.
Fans Can’t Wait to Recreate Battles with this New Feature
It may break bones, but it won’t break dimensions like the energy clashes in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero. A new feature of the game allows the fighters to test their might against each other.
A new clip shared on social network Reddit showcases Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta and Legendary Super Saiyan Broly in a new kind of struggle that appears to be short, but also sweet. It appears like the combos aren’t the only thing that die-hard fans will find satisfying when it comes to combat.
That clash is reminding the fans of one instance that appeared during the Namek saga. Interestingly, this instance can be spotted in the ‘Saiyan and Namek Sagas‘ trailer too, where Vegeta and Frieza can be seen in a similar struggle.
Fans are engrossed by the feature so much that they are hoping to see them in custom battles, which will allow them to recreate the scenes from the original anime.
By the looks of it, power struggles are ought to reach a whole new level in the Budokai Tenkaichi series.
Budokai Tenkaichi is the Best Dragon Ball Game, at Least For Now
Most of the fans consider Budokai Tenkaichi 3 to be the best Dragon Ball game to this date. However, it appears like that is about to change now considering the material associated with Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero we have witnessed so far.
Budokai Tenkaichi 3 introduced a few elements that weren’t featured in the first two games, Sonic Sway being one of them. Players could now evade punches and kicks an opponent is trying to land on the fighter.
Dragon Dash in the upcoming Bandai Namco game has been enhanced too; a user can execute it for longer distances now. Budokai Tenkaichi 3 introduced a better version of Dragon Dash called the Z Burst Dash., Hopefully that’ll also be a part of its successor.
The game is slated to release on October 11, 2024, and it’ll bring 164 characters on the roster. Every character has been worked on a lot by the developers to make them as we saw them in the original anime. It appears like the game is going to be fun.
