State Government picks global technology consulting firm for $13.6m Southern Ports tech upgrades

Global technology consulting firm Accenture has been handed a $13.6 million contract to deliver technological investments into Southern Ports facilities.

More than 22 assets across the organisation’s three ports will be upgraded through both new hardware and software tipped to increase efficiencies in operating ship loaders, rotary car dumpers and conveyors.
