Woodside Energy’s $3.6 billion Texan ammonia deal a clean finish
Woodside Energy’s $US2.4 billion ($3.6 billion) deal to buy a lower-carbon ammonia plant in Texas has reached the finish line.
The Perth-based oil and gas giant bought the project from Dutch fertiliser manufacturer OCI Global, in a transaction announced in early August.
